For owners and leaders of tech companies

Take back control of the technology your company runs on

I find where the know-how about your systems belongs to one person instead of the company. Then I show you what AI agents can take over. They read your systems straight from the source and answer your questions, and the important calls stay with you.

01

You ask about your own systems, and the answer is “it's complicated.”

Sound familiar?

  • You ask your own employee why a rollout takes three weeks, and you have no way to check the answer.
  • Servers, hardware spend and deadlines are, in practice, one person's call. You sign off because you have nothing to compare it with.
  • They know the passwords, keys and configs. To change anything, you have to ask them.
  • The status has been “working on it” for weeks.
  • That person knows they're irreplaceable. So do you.

This isn't about blaming them. Usually they really do know the most, and they work hard. The problem is a setup that hands them this power: everything you know about your own systems, you know from them.

In your company, whoever knows how things work calls the shots. Not you.

02

On the call we look at three things

  • Knowledge

Where the know-how about your systems lives: in repositories, tools, email threads or someone's head. And how much of it an agent can read straight from the source, without anyone writing documentation from scratch.

  • Operations

What people do by hand and from memory: deployments, checking servers, answering “what just happened?”. Which of these agents can do, and which should stay with people.

  • Access

Who holds the keys to which systems, and whether you're the one who decides that. Plus what would happen if an agent got access. In my setup an agent reaches systems only through a gateway that limits what it can do: it can email only the people I allow, and on a critical server it can only read. Backups, encryption keys and passwords to the most important systems stay with you, out of the AI's reach.

How it works

  1. We talk about one process.

After you send the form, I call you back at the time you picked, and in a few minutes we check whether it makes sense. If it does, we book 30 minutes on the one process that depends most on a single person.

  2. You point me to the sources.

You tell me where the knowledge about that process lives: the repository, servers, cloud, CRM, chat. I don't need any access at this stage.

  3. I show you what agents can take over.

What can be automated, with which controls, and what a human signs off on. If I don't think it makes sense, I'll tell you.

  4. You get a written recommendation.

Within 1 business day after the call I send you a written diagnosis with a plan for the first rollout.

04

How it works for me

I use this system every day. The agents know my repositories, servers and processes. I don't write code by hand: the agents plan each change and write the code and tests, and I approve. Results from the last 30 days (21 Sep – 20 Oct 2026):

  • 234

    merged code changes (pull requests)

  • 0.6h

median time from opening a change to merging it

  • 57

platform releases since 4 April 2026

These numbers come from my own environment, where the platform builds itself. They are not client results, and yours will be different.

The agent wanted to send the email. A human sent it.

Recently one of my agents told another to email a revised contract to my business partner. The gateway didn't let the agent send it. All it could do was prepare a draft. It did, and it knew the email wouldn't go out without my sign-off. I sent it myself.

05

Who it's for, and who it's not for

This is for you if

  • you run a tech company and have your own IT or dev team.

This is not for you if

  • you're looking for a general-purpose chatbot to write text or answer questions.
